- Item is in its original packaging with all tags attached
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at support@yourstore.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you a return authorization and shipping instructions within 2 business days.
- Pack your item securely and ship it to the address provided.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@yourstore.com.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
8. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
